- 6 ounces CRAN-RASPBERRY®Raspberry Cranberry Drink
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lime juice

SANDWICH - CURRIED EGG SALAD

In medium bowl combine eggs, mayonnaise, scallions, and curry powder
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 C. mayonnaise
- 1/4 C. chopped scallions
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 loaves (20 oz. each) raisin walnut
- bread, sliced
- 1 bunch watercress, cleaned and trimmed, for garnish

1. To make tortilla dippers, slice each tortilla into 6-7" wide strips
- Ceviche:
- 5 6" flour tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 pound tilapia, red snapper or monkfish fillets
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (juice of about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup fresh clementine juice (or orange or tangerine juice)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 clementines
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced pimento stuffed green olives
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges (for garnish)

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 2 Tbs. cold water
- 3 extra large eggs
- 1 1/2 level cups Pecan Pumpkin Butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

- Equipment:
- For turkey
- 1 (11- to 12-lb) turkey at room temperature 1 hour, reserving neck, giblets (excluding liver), and wing tips for stock
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 bunch thyme
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
- 1 cup water
- For gravy
- 2 cups hot turkey stock
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Melted unsalted butter if necessary
- Reserved chopped giblets from stock (optional)
- a small metal skewer; a 24-inch piece of kitchen string; a covered turkey roaster, or a 13- by 9-inch roasting pan and heavy-duty foil; a 2-qt measuring cup or a fat separator

- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper

- 1 1/2 ounces coconut flavored rum

- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 tsp. minced fresh basil
