  • LIME GELEE:
  • 1 C. granulated sugar and 1/2 C. water
  • 1 C. fresh lime juice (5 large limes), divided
  • 1 envelope (1 T.) powdered gelatin
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • Sorbet of choice
  • Rose geranium leaf for garnish
