Inside-Out Cake

Mix first 4 ingredients with a mixer
- 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 c. Water
- 1 Can Coconut/Pecan Icing

Combine 1 c. pecans and next 4 ingredients in a bowl
- 3 c. Toasted Ground Pecans (divided)
- 12 oz. Vanilla Wafers (finely crushed)
- 1/2 c. Melted Butter
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 c. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate (thawed)
Holy Cow (alcoholic)

Mix in a 1-liter bottle
- 8 oz. Brendah's Irish Cream (I use Bailey's)
- 8 oz. Godiva Chocolate
- 1/3 c. Amaretto
- Fill with 2% milk.
Apple Pinwheels

Make dough and roll into thin rectangle
- Sauce:
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 t. Salt
- 2 t. Baking Powder
- 1/2 c. Milk
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- Peel (or not) enough apples to cover dough. Be sure to finely chop and drain so the dough will not become soggy.
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 t.Cinnamon
- 1/4 t. Nutmeg
Favorite Pecan Pie Bars

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt
- 2 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 3/4 c. Cold Butter, cubed
- 4 Eggs
- 1-1/2 c. Corn Syrup
- 1-1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 T. Butter, melted
- 1-1/2 t. Vanilla Extract
- 2-1/2 c. Chopped Pecans
