Rhubarb Cake

Mix first 6 ingredients. Add clour and vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour milk (add 1 t lemon juice to make)
- pinch salt
- 2 c flour
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c rhubarb diced
- 1 t soda in water
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
Refrigerator Rolls

My mom made these all the time
- 1/2 c warm water
- 2 pkgs yeast
- 1 1/2 c lukewarm milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T salt
- 1/3 c margarine
- 2 eggs
- 6 1/2 c flour
Milk Chocolate Pie

In microwave, combine chips and 1/4 c milk and cook just until chips are melted 1 - 2 minutes
- 1 c milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c milk divided
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping
- 1 chocolate crumb crust (oreo is best)
Overnight Omlette

In greased 9x13 pan, spread hash browns
- 1 lb hash brown squares
- 1 lb ham - shredded
- 2 c chedder cheese shredded
- 11 eggs
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/4 t dry mustard
- 3/4 t salt

- 3/4 oil

Two Tone Butter cookies

These are great for any holiday - just change the colors
- 1 c butter (no substitutes)
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- Red and green food coloring
Omlette 1

Place bread in greased 9x13 pan
- 6 slices bread
- 9 slices american cheese or chedder cheese
- 1 lb ground hame
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp lawry seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp worchestshire sauce
Freeze Corn

Cook slowly for 10 minutes
- 4 quarts corn
- 4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 qt water
