Healthy Chicken Breasts

This came from Weight watchers magazine and is amazing
- 2 T Chopped rosemary
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon zest or lemon juice
- 3/4 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t crushed red papper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
Rhubarb Bread

Combine sugar and oil. Add egg and sifted dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t soda
- 1 1/2 c cut rhubarb
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c nuts chopped - optional
Streusal Filled Coffee Cake

My mom made this whenever we had corn shellers over when I was growing up
- Topping:
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
Chicken and dumplings

Slightly modified from Rachel Ray's 30 minute version
- 1 1/2 pound chicken breast tenders
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion chipped
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 t poultry seasoning
- 2 T flour
- 1 quart chicken broth - can or stock
- Biscuit
- 1 c peas
Chow Mein Hot dish

Mix together. Put 1/2 c of chow mein noodles in casserole - spring the rest on top
- 1 lb ground beef - browned
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 4oz pakkage egg noodles - cooked and drained
- 1/12 c chow mein noodles
- 1/4 lb american cheese diced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 1/2 c water
- 1/3 c soy sauce
Chicken and Rice

Heat soup and milk - when hot pour over rice
- 1 7 oz box minute rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can of milk
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
Upside Down Pizza

Stir spahetti sauce, sausage and onion together
- 1 lb sausage browned
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cups mozerlla cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 T salad oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t parmesan chese
Barbecued Meat Balls

Good serverd with spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 / tsp pepper
- Mix and form into balls and brown.
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 2 T onion
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T vinegar
Meat Loaf

Mix all ingredients well. Heat oven to 350
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 slices bread torn in pieces in 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper, dry mustard, celery salt, garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
No Knead Bread

This bread is like a miracle that it works
- 3 c all purpose flour or bread flour
- 2/4 t instant or rapid rise yeast
- 1 scant tablespoon salt
- cornmeal
- Can substitute up to 50% wheat flour for white. Can add oniosn, cheese, walnuts or raisons before the dough's 2nd rising.
