  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar

  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced

  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 t poultry seasoning
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 quart chicken broth - can or stock
  • Biscuit
  • 1 c peas

This bread is like a miracle that it works

  • 3 c all purpose flour or bread flour
  • 2/4 t instant or rapid rise yeast
  • 1 scant tablespoon salt
  • cornmeal
  • Can substitute up to 50% wheat flour for white. Can add oniosn, cheese, walnuts or raisons before the dough's 2nd rising.
