Lemon Supreme Pound Cake

Blend all together and beat 2 minutes
- 1 package lemon cake mix (no pudding added)
- 1 box instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
Blueberry Muffins

Heat oven to 375. Beat egg, sour cream, oil, and milk
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/3 c milk (scant)
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 t soda
- 3/4 t salt
- Topping
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
French Silk chocolate Pie

Make your favorite single 8 inch pie shell
- 1 pie shell, baked and cooled
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate square
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 pasturized eggs (no egg substitute)

- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 t baking power
- - sift together
- 1/2 c margarine creamed
- 1/3 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar

- 1 t vanilla

- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 4 C flour
- 1 envelope yeast

- 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c butter or maragine
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- Frosting
- 1 1/3 c white sugar
- 6 t. butter or margarine
- 6 t. milk
Monkey Bread

Put sugar and cinnamon in gallon bag
- 4 tubes buttermilk biscuits cut each biscut into 4's
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- Gallon plastic bag
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
Apple Crisp

Mix first ingredients and put in buttered 8x8 square pan
- 2 c. sliced applies
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t cinnamon

- 1/2 c oatmeal
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/8 t soda
- 1/4 c margarine (cut in thin slices)
Snicker Doodle Cookies

Cream sugar, shortening and eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 flour
- 1 t soda
- 2 t cream of tartor
- 1/2 t salt
Ethiopian Honey Bread

In a small pan, heat the milk just until it foams around the edges
- 2/3 c milk
- 2 T margarine
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 3/4 c bread flour
- 1 1/4 t yeast
- 1/2 c whole what flour
- 1/2 t ground coriander
- 14 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground clovers
- 1 t salt
- 1 egg.
