1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 cup chopped green onions (tops and bottoms)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 pound peeled Louisiana crawfish tails, with fat
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small squares
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- 1 (11-ounce) roll refrigerated French bread dough
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix ingredients together. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top layer browns
- 1 box frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 can real crab meat (fresh if can get 'em)_

- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
Butter Mint Cookies

In a large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup finely crushed butter mints (about 1 cup mints)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
