In a small sauce pan, melt butter over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup whole milk, warm
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) dry active yeast
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for kneading and rolling
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons water
Best Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 8 tablespoons of salted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar (I like to use raw cane sugar with a coarser texture)
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (more as needed - see video)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (but I always add a little extra)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I use a combination of chocolate chips and chocolate chunks)

- Chicken Poppy Seed Casserole
- Serves 4
- 1 roaster chicken, chicken pieces removed and bones discarded
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of celery
- Ritz Crackers, about 1 sleeve, crushed

- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 package regular Oreo cookies (Not Double Stuff) – about 36 cookies

- 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, divided
- 3.9 ounce packages Chocolate Instant Pudding.
