- 1/4 tsp. baking powder

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6-8 peaches (around 1 1/2 lb.), pitted, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
