Basic Pimiento Cheese Recipe

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. finely grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 (8-oz.) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 (8-oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Chipped Ham BBQ Sandwiches

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 pounds chipped ham, chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped small
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, diced small
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle chili sauce

"Chicken Tikka Masala

Instructions Chicken Tikka: Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix
- Chicken Tikka Marinade:

- 1 1 1 tsp cumin
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp cardomon
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Curry Sauce:
- 3 3 65ml 3) / 65ml vegetable oil (Note 3)
- 30 30g 2 / 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1 1 onion, finely chopped (brown, white or yellow)
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 2 2 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 6 6 6 cloves garlic , crushed or grated
- 1 1 1 tbsp paprika (not smoked)
- 400 400 1 2/3 / 1 2/3 cups tomato passata (tomato puree)
- 400 400 1 2/3 / 1 2/3 cups water
- 100 100 1/3 1 / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp cream (thickened or pure is fine)
- 1 1 1 tsp sugar
- 50 50g 3 / 3 tbsp unsalted butter
"Ham & Pineapple Pizza Burger

Instructions Preheat your oven grill or broiler on high
- 2 2 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1 1 small red onion
- 200 200g 200g ham sliced super thick
- 1 1 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 iceberg lettuce
- 2 2 2 slices tasty cheese
- 2 2 2 rings pineapple
- 2 2 2 tablespoons of tomato paste or tomato sauce (ketchup)

Blueberry Sour Cream Waffles

Heat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions
- OPTIONAL:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries.
- Maple syrup or jam, for serving
EASY GROUND BEEF TACOS

Instructions Prepare the taco seasoning mixing together all the ingredients and set aside
- For the taco seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- For the ground beef:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 450 grams (1 lb) lean ground beef
- 240 grams (1 cup) tomato sauce
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- To assemble:
- 8 tortilla (I used low-carb multi-grain tortillas)
- romaine lettuce, shredded
- monterey jack or cheddar cheese
- diced tomatoes
- (or any other toppings of your choice)
Cherry Cream Cheese Cobbler

Instructions Preheat oven to 350
- 1- 8 count can crescent rolls
- 1-21 ounce can pie filling of your choice (I used cherry)
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar for filling
- 1/4 cup additional granulated sugar for top
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened (one and a half blocks if your blocks are 8 oz each)
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter (or margarine)
Ben's Cold Weather Chili

Chilli recipes vary enormously in method and technique, but they all start with onions and garlic softened in oil
- 3 Med Onions, chopped
- 6 Clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 2 Ancho Chili's
- 2 Guajillo Chili's
- 1 Chipotle Chile Canned in Adobo
- 4 Tsps Cumin Seed
- 2 Tsps Coriander Seed
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tsps Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper, or to taste
- 1 C Beef Stock
- 1 Tsp Beef Base, dissolved in beef stock
- 2 Can 14oz. Each Chopped Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsps Tomato Puree
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 14oz Can Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 14oz Can Pinto Beans, drained
- 1 14oz Can Navy Beans, drained
- 1 Oz Dark Chocolate, 75% cocao, chopped
"Warm Bacon Onion Relish

Instructions Cook the bacon over medium high heat until crispy
- 4 slices thick cut bacon, coarsely chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons firmly pack dark brown sugar

Loaded Mashed Potato Cakes

- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
