  • 12 raw prawns, from sustainable sources, ask your fishmonger, peeled, tails left on
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges
  • For the pangrattato
  • 2 handfuls breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
