- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
Gazpacho

Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 4 hours before serving
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 6 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 2 cans chopped tomatoes (Easier and tastes just as good.)
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper, onion, celery and/or cucumber
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic

Shrimp with Basil, Garlic and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 16 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/3 cup chicken broth ( 1/3 cup dry white wine plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice can be used instead)
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup basil
- (The amounts of garlic, broth, tomatoes, butter and basil can be adjusted to your own preference. The original recipe calls for the wine and lemon juice.)

- 3 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons bread flour

- 24 ounce container frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
- 12 fluid ounce can of frozen limeade concentrate
- 6 fluid ounces triple sec
- 18 ounces tequila
- (If you want to keep the alcohol separate, the proportions per drink are: 3 parts strawberry/limeade mix, 1/2 part triple sec and 1 1/2 parts tequila.)

- 1 small shallot, chopped. ( I used red onion)

- 1/3 cup loosely packed dill
- 1/4 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons loosely packed tarragon leaves ( I did’t use because I don’t like tarragon)
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Salt
