Oriental Cole Slaw

Bring step 1 ingredients to a boil (minus seasoning packet)
- Step 1 Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
- Step 2 Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- crunch Ramen Noodles
- (I usually add more like 1/2 cup of almonds and seeds - we like it crunchier)
Cobbler

After melting butter in casserole dish mix all ingredients except pie filling
- 1 stick magarine (melted in 2 quart casserole dish)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 can pie filling (your choice of flavor)
Deceptively Delicious Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pureed carrot or pureed cauliflower
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 large egg white
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Potato Soup

1. Combine broth, potatoes, onion, and spices
- • 4 cups chicken broth
- • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- • 1/4 cup onion, minced
- • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- • 1 (8 ounce) package cream
Broccoli Wild Rice Soup

In a large saucepan, combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and water; bring to a boil
- • 1 package (6 ounces) chicken and wild rice mix
- • 5 cups water
- • 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- • 1 medium carrot, shredded
- • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
Winter Fruit Salad With Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, lemon juice, onion, mustard and salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons diced onions
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried and torn into bite
- 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and cubed
- 1 pear, cubed
White Chicken Chili

1. In a large saucepan, cook the jalapeno and garlic in oil until tender
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans (15 1/2 oz each) great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 – 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Hard Candy

Heat sugar, syrup and water to "hard crack" on candy thermometer (350 degrees)
- 3 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp flavor oil
- food coloring
- powdered sugar
Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 (8 ounce) packets cream cheese
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 2 loaves baguette

- 1 can (20oz) Chunk Pineapple in Juice or Syrup
- 1 can (11oz) Mandarin Orange Segments
- 1-1/2 cups seedless Grapes
- 1 large Red Apple cut into chunks
- 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
- 3/4 cup Dairy Sour Cream (or vanilla yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
