Fudge Brownie Trifle

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package, using water, oil, and eggs
- 1 pkg Fudge Brownie Mix (1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs)
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Chocolate Pudding (2 cups cold milk)
- 1 pkg (10 oz) English Toffee Bits (or crushed Heath Candy Bar)
- 8 oz Cool Whip

- 8 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup

- 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
