Last Minute Lasagna

1. Heat oven to 350° F. Coat a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and spoon in a third of the sauce
- 1 26-ounce jar pasta sauce
- 2 30-ounce bags frozen large cheese ravioli, unthawed
- 1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water
- 1 8-ounce bag shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Mom's Pie Crust

- 6 cups flour
- 2 cup Crisco (butter flavored is the best)
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12-16 tablespoons ice water
Gooey Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F. For CRUST: Combine flour, sugar and corn starch in a medium bowl
- FILLING:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Argo® Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® 100% Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Southwestern Chicken with Lime Butter

1. Mix first 8 ingredients in small bowl until well blended
- Lime Butter:
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 serrano chile, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced white onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Pinch McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground

- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup coffee flavored liqueur

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/3 cup water
- 5 (1.55-ounce) milk chocolate bars, broken into small pieces

Sachler Cookies

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts (3/4 cup whole)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounces or more of semi sweet, melted chocolate chips
