  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • try-adding seeds, chopped nuts
  • Double: yield: 12 belgian waffles
  • 3 cups lukewarm milk (used Bobs Red Mill powdered milk - 2 5/8 cups water & 3/8 cup powder))
  • 12 tablespoons butter, melted -used oil
  • 4 - 6 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - use more, try adding almond extract as well
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour - used 2 cups AP & 2 cups WWW
  • try replacing some ap w cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons instant yeast
