- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm milk (used Bobs Red Mill powdered milk)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- try-adding seeds, chopped nuts
- Double: yield: 12 belgian waffles
- 3 cups lukewarm milk (used Bobs Red Mill powdered milk - 2 5/8 cups water & 3/8 cup powder))
- 12 tablespoons butter, melted -used oil
- 4 - 6 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - use more, try adding almond extract as well
- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour - used 2 cups AP & 2 cups WWW
- try replacing some ap w cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons instant yeast
