Mini meatballs in this tasty soup make it a hearty meal
- SOUP
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large bunch fresh escarole
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- salt to taste
- MINI MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Aunt Ludge's Banana Cake

Mix all ingreds together and bake @350 fpr 1 hour or more
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 C sugar
- 3/4 C milk
- 1/2 bottle (small) van x
- 3 C flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda

- 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C butter, soft
- 3 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, soft
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened cond milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 t van x
- 1 (21 oz) can comstock fruit filling (any flavor)
Cranberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake w/ Struesel

- Stuesel Topping
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into 8 pcs
- 1/4 C sugar
- 3/4 plus 2 T flour
- Cake
- 1 1/4 C sour cream
- 1 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/8 t sea salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter (rm temp)
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 3/4 C flour
- 1 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/2 C driend cranberries, soak in warm water for 15 mins and squeeze dry w/ papertowels.

- 1 (3.4 oz) pkg chocolate pudding (instant)
- 4 lg eggs
- 1 1/4 C water
- 1/2 C veg oil
- Glaze: 1/2 C Duncan Hines Creamy Home Style Frosting (van or choco)

- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
