- 1 package oreos
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- chocolate for dipping

- 1 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. 10x
- 1 c. sifted powdered milk
- 2 c. rice krispies
- 3/4 c. choco. chip - melt in double boiler.
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts w/ Spicy Italian Sausage

- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, tops removed & halved
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 3 oz olive oil
- 2 links so spicy Italian sausage, casing removed & hand pulled into small marble sized chunks.

- approximately 8 cups flour

- Cheese Filling:
- 3 pounds of ricotta
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Crab in Mushroom Caps

Mix together the crab salad, bread crumbs, mustard and shredded cheese
- 1 c. (1/2 pint) Red Lobster Crab Salad
- 2 Tbsp. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. (4oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 28 lg. mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted.

- 1/2 jar of honey (one cup?)
- 1 cup sugar
- few shakes of cinnamon to taste
- Juice and zest from 1/2 orange
- Dough:
- 4-5 cups of flour (about 2 pounds)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4-5 Tbsp sugar (1 per cup of flour)
- Pinch of salt
- Enough water to mix
