30 Minute Cinnamon Sugar Knots

Instructions In a small saucepan, melt butter

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 3-3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter , melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-3 tablespoons milk

- 326 g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 35 g Vermont cheese powder or 2 ounces finely grated sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt*
- 1 teaspoon onion powder, optional but tasty
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 57 g softened butter
- 1 large egg
- 152 to 170 g lukewarm water**
- Use 1 teaspoon salt if you use freshly grated cheese
- Use the greater amount of liquid in winter or in drier climates; the lesser amount in summer, or in a humid environment.

- 100 g white bread flour
- 1 Tbsp wheat flour
- 120 g filtered water
Apple Cider Donuts

The dough, more of a thick batter, really, came together quickly
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups cider, reduced to 7 oz.
- 2 tbl melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbl vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying
Butter Cream Recipe

Soften the butter to room temperature
- 250 gm Unsalted Butter
- 500 gm Icing Mixture
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Southwest Cilantro-Lime Salad

1. Puree all dressing ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth
- Large head of romaine
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen, thawed corn
- 5 green onions
- Dressing
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped
- 1/2 Avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp Nature Nate’s honey

- 6 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 lemons, sliced

- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, to taste
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 319 g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 227 g milk
Fluffy White Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- For the frosting:
- 3 large egg whites (90 grams), at room temperature
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) milk
- 2 teaspoons (8 grams) vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups (200 grams) sifted cake flour
- 1 cup (200 grams) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (13 grams) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) salt
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick or 113 grams) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, at room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups (313 grams) powdered sugar, sifted
- a pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
- 3-4 tablespoons (15-20 ml) heavy cream (or milk)
