- 3 cups Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 1-3/4 cup Sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2/3 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 large Eggs, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) brick softened Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) Butter
