  • 2 cups of full cream milk
  • 6 egg yolks (remove and keep the whites)
  • 2/3 cups of raw sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/8 cupful of wholemeal flour
  • 2 tsp banana flavoured extract
  • Chantilly Cream
  • 2 cups of full (raw or pasturized) cream
  • 4 tbsps .raw sugar
