Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
- 6 ounces uncooked ziti (short tube-shaped pasta)
- 2 cups Basic Marinara
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded Asiago cheese, divided
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 6 ounces ground turkey breast
- Cooking spray
Bean Dip, 7 Layer

Mix bean dip and refried beans and layer the bottom of the casserole with this mixture
- 1 sm. can refried beans
- 1 can bean dip
- 2 avocados
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (to mix with Avocados to keep green)
- 1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
- 1 sm. can ripe olives, sliced

1. First, make the ma-la cooking oil
- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets, each about 1 1/2-2 cm
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 red chillies, seeds in, finely chopped
- 2 cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 spring onions, sliced, including green parts
- 50 g unsalted peanuts, dry fried and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 50 g organic cornflour
- or the ma-la cooking oil
- 125 ml roasted peanut oil (use groundnut oil if not available)
- 2 star anise
- 1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 tsp dried chillies
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- for the marinade
- 100 ml organic soy sauce
- 50 ml Chinese rice wine (use sake or dry sherry if not available)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
