- 3 Tbs chicken broth
- 2 Tbs white grape juice
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 8 oz. can wax beans
- 1 8 oz. can green beans
- 1 8 oz. can red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Won Ton skins, cut into 1" strips & fried till golden
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. MSG
- 1/2 t. cracked pepper
- 1/4 C. salad oil
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 3 T. vinegar
- (For large bowl, 2x dressing recipe)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb collard greens or Spinach
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp Splenda
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Servings: 8
