Strawberry Pretzel Salad

- For the Crust:
- 2 cup pretzels, crushed. Measured after crushing
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- FOR THE FILLING
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups Cool Whip Lite
- 1 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 2 small packages Strawberry Jello
- 2 10 oz. packages Frozen Strawberries
Farmer's Cheese

Plan on cutting the recipe in half
- 3 About 3 cups
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 gallon whole milk, see note
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 30 to 90 use ultra-pasteurized milk, which will have a long expiration date, perhaps 30 to 90 days from when you bought it.

- 6 6 6 green onions, sliced
- 6 6 6 shallots, chopped
- 1 1 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 3 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 2 2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 4 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 2 2-inch lbs fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 1⁄2-1 1⁄2-1 cup whipped cream or 1⁄2-1 cup half & half light cream
- 1 1 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 1⁄2 teaspoon dried tarragon

These gluten-free brownies are based on almond flour that has been toasted for extra flavor
- ngredients:
- 1 cup (96 g) almond flour, such as King Arthur Flour
- 2/3 cup (75 g) unsweetened grated coconut, plus extra
- 1/2 cup (1 stick; 113 g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 6 ounces (170 g) bittersweet chocolate, preferably 70% to 72%, finely chopped
- 1 cup (198 g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (21 g) sifted Dutch processed cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Creamy Chicken and Chese Enchiladas GF

For the tortillas: In a bowl, combine the water and salt
- For the tortillas:
- 2 cups P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Cornmeal
- 1 3/4 cups water
- A pinch of salt
- For the filling:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup provolone cheese, grated
- 7 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cranberry Beef Stew

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle over beef
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (3-pound) boneless chuck roast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 (12-ounce) Guinness Stout
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) package button mushrooms, quartered
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 8 cups cooked egg noodles (about 1 pound)
- Chopped fresh thyme (optional)

- 4 tablespoons (35 g) basic gum free gluten free flour blend (23 grams superfine white rice flour + 8 grams potato starch + 4 grams tapioca starch/flour)
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons (24 g) sugar (can reduce to 1 1/2 tablespoons (18 g) for a less sweet version)
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons milk (any kind), at room temperature
- 1/2 ounce chocolate (any kind)

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 14 oz. cans chicken broth
- pinch basil
- 1/4 cup cream
