Reviews 5 stars - Oh, this is SOOOO yummy!I only had ¾ cup of Irish Whiskey, purchased on my first trip to Ireland...
- (Gift-Giving or for Yourself!)
- 1 cup whiskey (inexpensive middle of the road is okay)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbs chocolate syrup
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (Almond is also very nice)
- Servings: 15
- Yield: 40 ounces max.
- Recipe Type: Beverage
- Tips
- I think I might eliminate the coffee crystals in the future, or at least decrease the amount. Not a fan of coffee.
- From an Irish Cookbook: They call for 1 3/4 cup Whiskey, 2 cups of Whipping Cream and no eggs. Otherwise the ingredients and amounts remain the same. They also suggest substituting Coconut extract for the Almond extract.
