Mukimo is a staple dish of the community Kikuyu in Kenya

- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups gfJules™ All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (or reconstituted Ener-G egg replacer)

1. Heat oven to low. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, 1 T

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 2 onion, medium sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 3 Tbs cilantro, chopped, divided

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice

- 4 to 5 (about 375 g)clementines, preferably organic, scrubbed (I used halos and there were no seeds)
- 3 cups (258 g) sliced natural almonds*
- 6 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup (198 g) plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder; use gluten-free if following a gluten-free diet
- Per a reviewer...I used Trader Joe’s “Just Almond Meal” for the Lemon Cake version of this recipe, and it appears to have worked just fine.

- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour

- 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

Double Chocolate Triple Ginger Tart

- 2 cups crumbled Ginger Snaps
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, melted
- 12 ounces 72% Dark Chocolate Pound Plus Bar, finely chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 large Egg Yolks
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 8 oz. Milk Chocolate Pound Plus Bar, shaved into flakes (garnish)
- Fresh Raspberries or Strawberries (garnish)
- You will also need an 11-inch tart pan with a removable bottom*
