  • 4 loin pork chops

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 6 T sugar
  • 3 T cornstarch, sifted

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 T confectioner’s sugar

  • 1 pound of ground beef(80-85%)
  • 1 Green Pepper, thinly sliced and cut into 1-inch long strips

  • Fresh cracked Pepper
