Cream the butter, shortening,and sugars until creamy
- For the Cookie Layer
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2-1/2 cup chopped Milky Way candy bars
- For the Cheesecake Layer
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- For the Topping
- 6 oz. caramel candies
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. shortening

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 4 large or 5 small Chicken Breasts Cut into 2.5" Chunks
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 oz fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cups Jarred Pasta Sauce
- 1 5oz Bag of Garlic (or seasoned) Croutons

- Dry ingredients:
- 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats*, ground into flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life brand)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt
- Wet ingredients:
- 3/4 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 small-medium)
- 1/2 cup natural smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut nectar syrup (or brown rice syrup)
