- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling potatoes after cooked
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Slow-Roasted Filet of Beef and Basil Parmesan Mayonnaise

- 1 whole filet of beef tenderloin, trimmed and tied (4 1/2 pounds)

- 1 (4 pound) beef brisket, first-cut
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning

- 3 large carrots, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, halved
- 2 celery stalks, cut into chunks
- 1 head garlic, cut in 1/2
