Black Bean Salsa Dip

1. For tortilla bowl, preheat oven to 350ºF
- Dip:
- Tortilla Bowl and Tortilla Chips
- 14 (7-inch) flour tortillas, divided
- 1 egg white
- 2 package (8 ounces each) fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Southwestern seasoning mix
- 2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced, divided
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 can (3.25 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (8.75 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
Bacon Cheese Inside Out Turkey Burger

- 8 oz extra-lean ground turkey (Use the 93%)
- ~1/3 cup grated zucchini
- ~1 tbsp grated onion
- ~1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp real bacon bits
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- Pinch of kosher salt and ground black pepper

- 1 can Summer Crisp Corn (drained)
- 1 can Progresso Black Beans (drained)
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper (finely diced)
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt (coarse)
- Pinch Onion Powder
- 1/8 cup chopped Cilantro
- Recipe can be doubled or tripled

- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (Original)
- 1 large can Chili Beans (Hot)*
- 1 can Tomato Sauce for Chili*
- 1 can Coke
- 1 Tbls Sugar
- 2 Tbls Chili Powder
- 2 Tbls BBQ Seasoning
- 1 Tbls Meat Seasoning
Mostaccoli Bake

Brown ground beef/season to taste with Italian seasoning
- 1 lb ground beef
- Italian seasoning
- 3 jars Ragu Robusto 7 herb pasta sauce (1#10 oz)
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 8 oz mostaccoli cooked al dente/drained
- 1 8 oz package of shredded Italian cheese blend

- 24 square wonton wrappers
- 1 TBSP. butter or margarine melted
- 10 oz. shelled deveined and cooked medium shrimp
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/3 C. grated carrot
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 C. (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2.8 ounce) can French Fried Onions

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbs. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 sm. tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 c. chopped cucumber
- Baked Pita Chips (recipe included)

- 2 lbs ground beef, browned & seasoned
- OR 1 1/2 lbs diced chicken
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can Summer Crisp Corn
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Navy Beans
- 1 pkg Taco Mix (dry)
- 1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)
Calico Beans

- 3/4 lb bacon, about 10 to 12 slices, fried and crumbled
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion or 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 15 oz cans pork and beans, undrained
- 1 can lima beans or butter beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 1 Tbsp bacon drippings (if available)
