1. Toast Oats in pan with 2 T Butter til golden
- 2 C old fashioned oats
- 1 3/4 C All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1 1/3 C light brown sugar
- 6 T melted butter
- 1 3/4 C milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- Topping
- 1/2 C rolled oats
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/3 C toasted pecans
- 1/3 C light brown sugar

- 4 T butter
