- 2 cups flour

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 egg, beaten
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 and tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour, spooned and leveled
- 3 cups raw cranberries (if frozen, thaw them first)
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces
- water, for brushing
- coarse sugar, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1-1/2 package Graham Crackers (about 15 Cookie Sheets)
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 stick Butter, Melted

Toasted Sesame Dressing: Place all ingredients except for the sesame seeds in a blender
- Toasted Sesame Dressing:
- 1 lb. Rotini Pasta, cooked and cooled
- 3 Chicken Breasts, cooked, cooled, and shredded
- 1 15 oz. can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 5 Green Onions, sliced

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam, recipe follows
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted, plus 2 tablespoons not melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems
