Special Fried Rice

Beat the eggs with the sesame oil and a tiny pinch of salt
- 200 g streaky bacon
- 55 g Button Mushrooms
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
- pinch salt
- 4 tbsp tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 fine slices ginger, peeled
- 55 g frozen peas
- 100 g shrimp, cooked
- 425 g rice, cooked
- 3 spring onions, sliced
Roasted Chicken with Honey, Lemon and Rosemary

Preheat the oven to 350
- 1 4-5 lb whole chicken
- a handful of rosemary sprigs (I picked 15, they were about 4-5 inches long each)
- 1 lemon (meyer is best)
- 1/4 cup honey
- olive oil
- 4-5 whole garlic cloves, peeled and slightly crushed
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup low salt chicken broth
Banana Cake

Cream together the sugar, shortening and Mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 8 ounce Mascarpone cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- Peanut Butter Dulce De Leche Italian Buttercream Frosting
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups unsalted butter , room temperature, cut into tablespoons
- 4 TBSP Peanut Butter Dulce De Leche(or regular Dulce de Leche)
Fruit Salad

Place the sugar, water, orange juice and orange zest into a small saucepan and stir to combine
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- Juice Of 1 Orange
- Zest Of 1 Orange
- 2 whole Vanilla Beans, Caviar Scraped Out (or 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract)
- 4 pints Strawberries, Hulled And Halved
- 2 pints Blueberries
- 2 cups Red Grapes, Halved
- 2 cups Green Grapes, Havled
- Mint Leaves
Extra Tender Meatballs

Heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound ground veal
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

To Make the Cinnamon Sugar: Combine cinnamon and sugar together; set aside
- Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- Batter:
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Additional Items Needed:
- 1 loaf crusty bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick

Orange Sour Cream Loaf Cake

- 1 cup full fat sour cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- Zest of 3 oranges
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
American-Style Vanilla Biscotti

1) Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 6 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- coarse white sparkling sugar, for sprinkling on top, optional
Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Wonton Cups

1. Cook up your chicken breasts; then chop into small pieces
- 2 Chicken Breasts, chopped
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
- Round Wonton Wraps (The round wraps are newer, so if you can’t find them just grab a package of the square ones. Square wraps will work just fine.)
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Cilantro (optional garnish)

- 1/2 cup maple sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Saigon-type cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups King Arthur 100% White Whole Wheat Flour
- 4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
