Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- For sprinkling: 1 tablespoon sugar, regular or superfine

- 3 Tbsp seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried basil

- Soup
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers

In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, sausage, onions and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain

- 4 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained

This recipe makes 3 loaves
- 2 lb bleached raisins
- 1/2 lb citron peel
- 1/2 lb candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb glace cherries
- 3/4 c sugar

- 4 c flour (1 cup to be mixed with dried fruit)

- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 3-3 1/2 cups flour (if you use bread flour, you will need the lesser amount, unbleached flour-more, bleached flour-the most)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant or bread machine yeast
- 2 cups (4 ounces) sharp, shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
