Pan-Asian Grilled Steak Salad

Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat)
- 2 tablespoons plus 4 teaspoons purchased teriyaki sauce
- 1 8- to 10-ounce sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick)
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 2 cups shredded Napa or other green cabbage
- 1/2 cup very thinly sliced red onion, soaked in ice water 30 minutes
- 2 tablespoons slivered fresh mint
- chopped peanuts
Lemon Chicken and Artichokes with Dill Sauce

Preheat oven to 375F. Whisk wine, lemon juice, oil, and garlic in large bowl to blend
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 chicken pieces
- frozen or canned artichoke hearts
- 3 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Tequila Chicken

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 limes
- 2 oz. tequila

- 1 * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 * 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 * 2 packages (16 ounces each) loose-pack frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed, divided
- 2 * 2 cups water
- 3 * 3 MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cubes
- 1 * 1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary plus small sprigs for garnish
Pasta Salad with Red Peppers and Feta

COOK pasta and toss with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil
- 1 BOX pasta
- 1/4 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 1 TABLESPOON Garlic
- 1/4 TEASPOON Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- 3/4 CUP Black Olive, Sliced
- 1 TEASPOON Capers, Chopped
- TO TASTE Salt
- TO TASTE Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
- 1 Fresh Lemon, Zest
- 1/2 CUP Feta Cheese
Peach & Radish Salad

Roughly chop the almonds and place them in a skillet over medium heat
- 1/2 cup almonds with the skin on them
- 4 almost-ripe peaches (they should not give when you squeeze them, nor should they be hard)
- 4 small radishes (or 2 large)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (preferably sheep’s milk)
- 10 leaves basil, torn into small pieces
- freshly ground pepper

- * 1-1/2 pounds large onions

- 1 pound Greek feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1-pound box phyllo dough, thawed overnight in refrigerator if necessary
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
