Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
- 1/4 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated (about 1 1/2 cups)
- Drained and chopped pickled jalapeños, to taste (I used about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup sour cream

1. Cut each artichoke lengthwise into quarters, through the stem
- 2 large artichokes
- 1 lemon, halved
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds (optional)
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1. Line two baking sheets with parchment
- 7 ounces best-quality semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
- 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 (3-to 3 1/2-pound) whole chicken , rinsed and patted dry

Simmer beef cubes 4 hours with 4 tsp
- 3-4 lbs. stew beef
- 2 c chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c butter
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 tbsp. vinegar

- 2 cups Cooked Chicken
- 3 cups Dry Spaghetti, Broken Into Two Inch Pieces
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom (or cream of chicken) Soup
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Finely Diced Green Pepper
- 1/4 cups Finely Diced Onion
- 1 jar (4 Ounce) Diced Pimentos, Drained
- 2 cups Reserved Chicken Broth From Pot
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons (to 1/4 Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Additional Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 pounds onions, sliced into thin half-moons
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4-inch sprig rosemary
- 2 cups chicken broth, divided

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 2 ounces Gruyère cheese, finely grated or shaved (about 1 cup)

- 20 whole Oreo Cookies

- 4 whole Bananas
- 1 pint Strawberry Ice Cream

- 1 jar (about 16 Oz. Jar) Hot Fudge Sauce
- 1 container (16 Oz. Container) Frozen Sliced Sweetened Strawberries, Thawed And Drained

Spinach, Steak & Artichoke Pasta

Preheat your oven to 450° and season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides
- 1 lb. whole wheat pasta (like penne or rigatoni)
- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1 large red onion, roughly chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (I found some fresh ones at the store, but canned are ok, too)
- 4 oz. baby spinach (about 6 cups)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 8 oz. feta cheese
