Southwestern Chicken Soup

1. Empty the salsa into a large saucepan
- 1 * 1 12-ounce jar salsa verde
- 3 * 3 cups cooked chicken pieces (1 small deli-counter rotisserie chicken or leftovers)
- 1 * 1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained
- 3 * 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 * 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- 2 * 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sour cream
- * tortilla chips (optional)
Apple and Cheddar Scones

Position a rack at the center of oven and preheat oven to 375 °F
- 2 firm tart apples (1 pound)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar plus 1 1/2 tablespoons for sprinkling

1. Heat oven to 350. Pulse cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a food processor to combine
- 1 cup plus 2 1/2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar

- 1 1/2 tbsp. lime zest (from 2 limes)
