- 1 cup milk
- 3 black peppercorns
- 1 onion, cut in half and studded with two cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Black Bean Hummus

Place all black bean hummus ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Hummus:
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

- 1 romaine lettuce leaf

- 1 1 cup 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1 package 1 package Jello, any red flavor. I used Strawberry.
- 1 1 cup 1 1/2 ( I think I used about 1 1/2 cups..)
- to 2/3 15-18 the package. I made them mini cupcakes, so they would be more like jello shots. Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full and bake for about 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes in the cupcakes with a fork or toothpick.
