- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese, divided

- 1 1 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1 to pound elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions

Twice Baked Potates

Prick potatoes with a fork and bake in 425 oven for 45 - 50mins or until tender

- 1 oz cream cheese (cubed and softened)

Put roast in crock pot. Add water and onions on top
- 1 boneless pork roast 2-3 lbs (or 2 if they fit)
- 3 medium onions quartered
- 1 cup water
- 2 bottles bbq sauce of choice
Herb-Coated Tilapia with Lemon

Finely grate the zest from the lemon, then cut the lemon in quarters and set aside
- 1 medium lemon
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (any combination of parsley, thyme, mint, chives, and cilantro)
- 4 skinless tilapia fillets (about 4 oz. each)

Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
