- 1/3 cup regular oats
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Filling:
- 5 1/2 cups sliced peeled ripe Bosc pears (about 6 pears)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups frozen fat-free vanilla yogurt
