- 2 c Bisquick
- 1/2 c cornmeal
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 stick butter, melted (I put some in iron skillet & some in mix)
Pull Apart Pizza Bread

- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 8oz package pepperoni
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic or garlic powder
- Marinara and/or Ranch dressing, for serving
Mom's Salsa

Mix & let sit in refrigerator several hours or overnight
- 2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- Garlic salt to taste

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
Vegetable Not-sagna Pasta Toss

Heat a pot of water to a boil for pasta
- 1 pound curly pasta
- Coarse salt
- 1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 12 baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 rounded tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, about 20 leaves

- 1 box lemon instant pudding
- 1/2 cup oil

In a medium skillet heat the oil over medium heat
- Slow cooker chicken enchilada soup
- All the flavors of my favorite enchiladas brought to life in a delicious slow-cooker soup! With shredded chicken, corn, cheddar cheese and sour cream in a spicy, creamy, green chile and tomato infused broth.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 1 small green or red bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- coarse salt and fresh black pepper
- 1 can (11 ounce) Ro-tel diced tomatoes & green chiles
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 + 1/4 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed between fingertips
- 1 + 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese or monterey jack
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (16oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans (16oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (10oz) Rotel, undrained
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can (16oz) Bush's chili hot beans
Caramel Orange Ring

- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
