Mississippi Sin Dip

Combine all ingredients. Place in hollowed out bread or in 9x9" baking dish
- 1 lb sausage, fried & drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Round loaf of sourdough or Hawaiian bread (optional)
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Heat chicken, hot sauce, and ranch dressing in saucepan on stove
- 20 oz canned chicken (or 2 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped)
- 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
Corn Dip

Combine all and microwave until cheese melts
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 12 oz (3 cans) chopped green chilies
- 1 can Mexicorn
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Graham cracker sticks, Nilla Wafers, and/or Teddy Grahams (for serving)
Pumpkin Pecan Baked Brie

- 1/4 cup pumpkin butter (I use the jar from William's Sonoma)
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (plus more for top)
- 1 egg

- 4 parts sweet-and-sour mix (16 cups)
- 2 parts tequila (8 cups)
- 1 part triple sec (4 cups)

Warm Mexican Crab Dip

In a 4-quart saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp jalapeno, seeded & chopped
- 1/2 cup light beer
- 2 cups half & half
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz Velveta
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, ~2 limes
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin

- 1 1b crawfish, thawed & drained (12oz)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (3Tbsp)
- 4 Tbsp butter (3Tbsp)
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened (9oz)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (3 cloves)
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper (or to taste) (~2tsp)
