- 2 to 2 1/4 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream

1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

This hibachi styled dish is a complete meal with chicken, veggies, fried rice and bean sprouts
- HIBACHI CHICKEN:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- HIBACHI VEGETABLES:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
- 1 large white onion
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- HIBACHI FRIED RICE:
- 4 cups cooked rice, cool to the touch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white onion
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- HIBACHI BEAN SPROUTS:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 cups bean sprouts
Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

Instructions Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
- For the Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- For the ramen noodle stir fry:
- 9 ounces ramen noodles, about 3 packs (discard the flavor packet)

- 1 dozen eggs
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped

Grilled Old Bay Shrimp with Lemony Horseradish Cocktail Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, lemon zest and juice, horseradish, Tabasco, salt, and pepper, if using
- For the sauce:
- 2 cups tomato ketchup
- Grated zest of 2 small lemons
- Juice of both lemons (about 5 Tbs.)
- 4 heaping Tbs. prepared horseradish; more to taste
- 8 shakes Tabasco or other hot sauce; more to taste
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt or kosher salt

- For the shrimp:
- 2 lb. jumbo shrimp in the shell (24 to 30), thawed completely if frozen and blotted dry
