Caesar Salad Dressing

Mince 3 cloves of garlic and combine with remaining dressing ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic -- peeled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Bread cubes
- Romaine lettuce
Marinated Salami

Using sharp knife, score salami well and place in greased pan
- 1 2 pound salami
- 2 cups apricot preserves
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
Veggie Burger Bean Bake

Preheat oven to 350. Brown onions and burgers in oil
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion -- chopped
- 3 veggie burgers -- broken up
- 2 Tablespoons molasses
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 2 16 ounce cans baked beans
- 1 16 ounce can red kidney beans -- drained
- 1 16 ounce can butter or northern beans -- drained
Spicy Carrot Sticks

Preheat oven to 450. Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper
- 6 large carrots -- peeled
- 1 egg white
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Fruit Filled Acorn Squash

Cut squash in half lengthwise; discard seeds and membrane
- 1 medium acorn squash
- 2 ounces dried apricots (about 12 halves)
- 1 Tablespoon raisins
- 2 Tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 dash salt
- 1 Tablespoon sliced almonds -- toasted
Three Cheese "Chicken" Penne Pasta Bake

Cook pasta. Saute chicken strips in skillet
- 1 1/2 cups penne pasta -- uncooked
- 1 9 ounce package spinach leaves
- 2 packages Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes -- drained
- 2 ounces Neufchatel Cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzeralla cheese
- 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
Sesame Chicken 2

Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds
- 1 chicken -- cut up
- 1/2 cup duck sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup oil
- pepper and paprika -- to taste

- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/3 cups flour
The Best of Everything Chocolate Chip Cookies

Melt the 1 ounce of chocolate and set aside
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate -- chopped
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large cold egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon dutch-process cocoa powder
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Mexicorn Lentil Salad

- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 1 12 ounce can Mexicorn -- drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic -- minced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
