Corn Pudding

Preheat oven to 375°F, mix all ingredients until well blended
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 3 eggs
Squash Casserole

cook squash and onions until tender
- 2 cups squash, sliced
- 1 med. Onion cut up
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing Mix
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Granny Tucker's Pound Cake

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs one at a time
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Tea Biscuits

Mix all ingredients. Drop in small muffin tin
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 8 Oz sour cream
Turnip Green Quiche

Heat a skillet over medium heat and butter, saute onions and garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon
- 4 cups cooked turnips, chopped
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cheese, grated
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
Ham and Cheese Melts

Press 4 biscuits into 5 inch rounds on ungreased cookie sheet
- 1 can refrigerated large biscuits (8 biscuits))
- 8 slices american cheese
- 8 oz thin sliced deli ham
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon water
Vegetable Casserole

Combine all ingredients except butter and crackers
- 3 cans Veg-All
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- saltine crackers
Venison Steak Marination

Mix well all ingredients with the meat
- 1 med onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 small bottle of soy sauce
- 1 can 7-up or sprite
- 3-4 tbs lemon juice
- cayenne pepper to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 3-4 lbs stew meat

- 2 sticks butter (walmart brand)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 6 xlg eggs add 1 at a time
- sift three times 3 cups of All Purpose flour and set aside
