Cranberry Sauce with Cognac

In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, cognac, sugar and orange juice
- 2 cups fresh Cranberries
- 3 Tablespoons Cognac
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 whole allspice
- 2 whole cloves
- 4 black pepper cloves
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Cinnamon Stick 1/2 inch piece
Vegetable Sunburst

Preheat oven to 350. In medium saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water to cover just until tender-crisp
- 3 medium carrots, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
- 3 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)

- 1 cup French Fried Onions
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Holiday Chicken Dip

- 3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
- 1/3 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 8 oz. jar hot salsa (medium if you are not into heat)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cranberry Pineapple Spread

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs finely chopped green onion
- Small can of crushed pineapple

- 1 cup dried cranberries (“Craisins”)

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Chinese hot prepared mustard
