- 1 cup Jay Robb vanilla egg white protein or whey protein
- 4 TBS Swerve (or a few drops of stevia glycerite)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- Almond Flour Bread
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat fiber
- 1/4 cup unflavoured whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp granulated erythritol
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz Greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 6 tbsp almond milk
- Almond Flour French Toast
- 8 slices almond flour bread, about 1/2 inch thick
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp butter or coconut oil
Gluten Free Tortillas

These are delicious if you use the almond flour OR coconut flour
- 1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour (or 3/4 cup coconut flour)
- 5 TBS psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 2 eggs (4 if using coconut flour)
- 1 cup water (or Marinara – for “tomato basil” flavor)

- 1 1/2 pounds grass fed ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup no sugar marinara
- 1 tsp Italian-style seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 cups shredded fontina or mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese or full-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons MCT oil or more coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup Erythritol or Swerve, powdered, or other healthy low-carb sweetener
- 10 to 15 drops liquid Stevia extract
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee

- 3/4 cup grated raw zucchini

- “Healthified” PANCAKES:
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
