Peanut butter Cookies

Low carb, sugar free,
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I use my homemade p-nut butter)
- 1/2 cup Swerve or Just Like Sugar (or erythritol)
- 1 tsp stevia glycerite
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup peanut flour ( I substitute almond flour)
- 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts (optional)

Makes great rolls for hamburgs, subs and hot dogs
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 2.5 blanched almond flour (5 oz) (or 1/2 cup coconut flour or 2.5 oz)
- 5 5 5 TBS psyllium husk powder (no substitutes) (45 grams) (must be a fine powder, not whole husks)
- 2 2 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar (1 oz)
- 3 3 3.5 7 whites (6 egg whites if using coconut flour) (about 3.5 oz for almond flour option, 7 oz for coconut flour)
- 7/8 7/8 7/8 cup (a little less than a cup) BOILING water (or MARINARA – for more Tomato Basil Bread!) (7 oz)
No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Fat Bombs

These fun no-bake lemon cheesecake fat bombs are super easy to make and, best of all, they're delicious
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- zest of one lemon
Outrageous Winco Muffins

350 degrees, 25-35 minutes till toothpick in center comes out clean
- stir into dry until just moistened, batter should be lumpy:

- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 swerve (originally brown sugar)
- 1/3 soy flour / 7 grains/ oatmeal etc
- 1 c almond flour (originally whole wheat flour)
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup ground almonds or almond meal or almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (cranraisins, etc, including seeds or nuts)
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup oil
- grated peel of 1 large orange
- fill cupcake/muffin tins 2/3 full ... makes 12 muffins

- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1 inch thick
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 c. Jay Robb vanilla whey/egg white protein Or whey protein of choice
- 3/4 c. peanut flour (or almond flour)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 c. peanut butter (or almond)( I use my own homemade butters)
- 1/4 c. Swerve (or erythritol)
- 1 tsp stevia glycerite
- 2 TBS water (to hold dough together)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Just Like Sugar or confectioners Swerve
- 1/2 tsp stevia glycerite

- 1 1 1 can (12 oz) carbonated beverage of choice

- 2 ripe avocados
- 3/4 cup Swerve (or other natural sweetener)
- 2 TBS lime juice
- 1 tsp mango extract or other extract
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt (keeps it soft)
