350 degree oven, 8-12 minutes the grand kids love these
- MIX OR MATCH TO ENHANCE THE COOKIES:
- Ingredients
- 1 box Cake mix (any flavor) usually double choc or yellow
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup choc chips or white choc chips
- 1 c Nuts chopped.

- 4 cups thinly sliced zucchini (about 2-3 medium)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin OLIVE oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
