chicken crumble with toasted almonds

You know a lot about crumbles and I love them but this is an special savoy crumble with toasted almonds!
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) of oil
- 200 grs. of ham (finely chopped)
- 500 grs of chicken (chopped)
- 4 green onions (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup of celery peel and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of dry organ
- 2 carrots peel and chopped
- 5 potatoes peel in cubes
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup (240 ml) of double cream
- To crumble
- 2 cups (280 g.) of flour all purpose
- salt
- 1 cup (240 g.) of almonds peel in slices
- 100 grs. butter cold in cubes

- 200 grs. all purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 80 grs. cold butter in cubes

- 300 grs. marzipan (I use normal marzipan without colour but if you dont have any, here a recipe to make marzipan
- 170 grs. grated almonds
- 150 butter without salt
- 100 grs. caster sugar
- 60 grs. flour
- 100 grs. candied fruits chopped (cherries, mangoes, orange or any you have)
- 50 grs. raisins
- 50 hrs. almonds in slices
- 100 grs. raspberries or blueberries

- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chilled solid vegetable shortening, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Filling
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 3 tablespoon of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups pitted fresh cherries or canned pitted sweet dark cherries, thawed, drained

strawberry risotto

All we love risotto but this is an special recipe with strawberry risotto, try this is wonderful!
- Ingredients (6 servings)
- 2 cups of milk ( 480 ml.)
- 2 cups of coconut milk unsweetened (480 ml)
- Vanilla
- 2 pieces of lemon peel
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar (I used splenda)
- 1 cup of arborio rice or italian rice
- 1/2 cup of liquid cream
- 2 tablespoon of orange liqueur or rhum
- 1 cup and half of strawberries in slices (fresh or frozen)
- Toasted almonds in slices to sprinkle

- 2 teaspoon of sugar (optative)
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup fresh or freeze corn kernels
- 1/2 cup slices green onions
